Cannot receive any incoming calls.
can make outgoing calls okay.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

A number of us suffered a similar problem around the 14th, have a look in the thread below.
Maybe you had a similar experience?
All resolved for us now yesterday afternoon. Looks more like a Sky Talk Shield glitch somewhere.

Apologies. All okay now. Don't know how or why but sorted. No change of hardware or anything done. Just seemed to rectify 'itself' !!
