Openreach installed full fibre in May and subscribed to Sky broadband and talk in the belief that I would get to make internet calls now that I have full fibre.First bill and got stung with £26 call charges.Something not right here.

The billing is the same regardless of you having internet calls or not but what might have happened is by default you have been out on the pay as you talk package so give Sky a call on 150 to upgrade your talk package.
