cannot contact due to shut off time

I have been trying to contact my sister, but due to the short time of the ring tone, this is impossible. the lady is 87 years old and cannot spring to her feet to answer the phone which only rings 3 or 4 times. Not what I would call a service.

If my sistyer didn't have a sky talk shield number, there would not be much point in using this community forum!

@Pete160  If the account is in their name they would need to contact Sky, Sky won't deal with a 3rd party unless they are authorised.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As you didnt post in the Talk board it was an educated guess it was a landline issue. It might have been a Sky mobile. 

Her phone handset may have an option to change the number of rings before the call goes to voicemail.

This has been raised before.  I don't believe there's any way to alter the number of rings. It might be better to invest in her own answerphone and turn off Sky Voicemail
