Not able to make calls

Had Fibre installed last week unable to receive or make calls, can now receive calls, I have a dial tone but when dialed you get a beeping noise, numerous hours spent on the phone to sky and getting nowhere, any ideas?

It may simply be a delay in completing activation. You could try turning off your Hub and ONT for 15 minutes or so, but failing that,  and as you've already reported it to Sky, it may be a matter of waiting, I'm afraid
