Noise cracking on line

Hi noise crackling on telephone line on all 3 cordless phones. via by master socket 5c also 
no dial tone. Phone works WiFi works.

BT MASTER SOCKET 5c fitted last year so could access SKY SHEILD still can't access SKY SHIELD.
beieve due to using I believe a BT NUMBER? Needs a different fix.

Tried the following 

1. Line filter into master socket as above. Both WiFi and talk working but noise on phoneline. 

2. Took face plate off Master socket then tried with line filter. Both worked but with noise on phone line.

3. Plugged   Phone directly in to ltest socket wiour face plate. Still noise on phone line. WiFi  obs down.

4. put master plate back on and plugged phone and WiFi back in. Both work STILL NOISE ON PHONELINE.

5.TRIED 17070 OPTION 2  QUIET LINE DID NOT CLEAR NOISE

NO GOOD

Thanks just done that and booked an engineer for tomorrow. See what occurs
