No telephone line and weak internet

No telephone for two weeks now and only figured it out by bumping into a friend by coincidence! 

No internet connection as well.

 

tried contacting sky but didn't get through. Keeps cutting out.

 

I believe it's an external issue and an engineer needs to be called out.

 

extremely frustrating and disappointed

Have you run the online line tests to see if an external fault is found ?
