No phone line

Had the new broadband installed but can't make phone calls and no incoming calls

@Ruby46 is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work if it's plugged into a wall socket.

It's normal for the phone line to not be fully operational for 24 hours or so after broadband is activated.
