landline not working after full fibre upgrade when plugged into hub ?

upgraded to full fibre yesterday. all works except landline phone. have tried buying new phone as previous one was very old, but still does not work, and only tree lightd on hub when phone connected, not four as advised by sky installer ? help/advice needed.

It's not uncommon for activation of the landline service,to,take a couple of days. If it's not working normally tomorrow, try restarting your Hub by switching it off at the plug for a minute or so. If that doesn't result in the 'Voice' light on the front panel of your Hub illuminating green, I'd contact Sky to report it.
