We recently swapped over to Sky Full Fibre 150 family have been ringing us on the landline and its not ringing at our end I tried phoning someone from it and it doesn't dial out either. The stupid AI can't help it goes round in circles. Being an OAP I don't know how I can get help. Anyone help me sort the problem please..

First things first, is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? When was your fibre service activated? If you have a black broadband Hub, is,the 'Voice' light in the front panel illuminated? Green or amber?

Hi Thank you for replying.
Sky connected everything for us, and no the phone is plugged in to a micro filter which has phone and hub on it. They activated the fibre service about 8th July. (should have been 15th but it was started before that) Yes we have a black hub and the voice light is green.

The green light indicates that your phone service should be working ok, but your phone must be plugged into your broadband Hub. There's a standard phone socket at the back,
It won't work from a wall socket like it used to.
The installation engineer should have known better sadly it's not the first time we've heard of them getting it wrong.
