Broadband working, Landline not working.

There have been no changes on my account at all.  Landline worked last night and nothing today.  At all.  Have checked all connections and all are fine.  Just no landline - can't get hold of anyone.  The customer service number given on the help page doesn't work  comes up as unknown number.

If you haven't done it yet try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband

@Fonzie do you have Internet calls, where your phone is plugged into your broadband Hub, or standard calls, where,it's plugged into a wall socket
