No landline

I am new broadband customer, the broadband is ok, I have no landline, I should have pay as you talk

@Tommy7188  If the router has a voice light it needs to be plugged into the back of the router and not into the master socket.

Where do you have the phone plugged.

 

The back of the router or the old master socket

As of september last all phone line are plugged into the phone socket on the rear of the sky hub. What colour is the phone light on the hub
