No landline for over 2 months despite frequent telephone and text messages
I am deaf and have been communicating with you via E:mail and have had replies from Ramya, Emmanuel and Aishwarya. We have not had a landline for two months. I have been a customer of yours since 2014. Please look at the correspondence and repl.y by E:mail.

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
Sky won't reply as a result of your post on here. Your Community log-in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have.
If you have health issues that amongst other things may affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these related links… ~

@Jean+Pearce we're just customers on here not sky support so can't look into anythng, all i van suggest is that you continue your email communcation with sky directly
