No home phone

I cut across from planet to sky broadband and phone on Friday. Since then I've had no phone. 
I've talked to 2 of you're staff but am still no further forward. 
If you can't fix this problem then you leave me with no option than to cancel my contract with you as I'm still in my cooling off period

@amth  This is a customer helps customer community not Sky customer services.

 

WHat have Sky said about your phone line issue?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@amth I assume your phone is plugged into your broadband Hub. Do you have a white Max Hub or a black one?
