No dialing tone on phone line for number

I can't receive or ring out on my phone no dialing tone have pay as you talk in my package th broadband for the TV is ok is it the phone line part where the fault is

It's not telling me if there is a fault or not is anyone looking into the problem

Try the below test to see if a fault is found outside your property. If it detects a fault it may allow you to book an engineer repair. (Ignore the fact it says to check your BB).
