Discussion topic: No dial tone

No dial tone

My sky landline has no dial tone and when called has a constant engaged tone,  been on the same packaged with sky for well over 12 months and no voice light illuminated on router. Have done line tests all show that connection is fine. Have tried new phones on the line but this has made no difference. Any help appreciated

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
