Don't normally use the home phone but after experiencing an unacceptable amount of buffering on ITVX, completed checks and resets etc to try and locate any issues. On checking the phone line, I realise we have no dial tone and on calling the landline from mobile it's just rings. Not sure when this started as seldom use landline (emergencies when power cut and mobile masts down).
no option to plug 🔌 phone into router and we only have the three lights. I have exhausted all options- based on advice in the forum
so far.....

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSee if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:
You can also run this test via the MySky app.
Let us know how you get on.
