Telephones havent been working for a couple of weeks, have reset and rebooted the router several times but voice light does not come on , can anyone help please.

Were you new to Sky broadband/landline when your phone stopped working? Or has your landline with Sky worked ok up to now? Is your phone plugged into the wall socket or your broadband Hub? Do you have a white or black Hub?

Hi Mark thanks for reply - have a black hub and phones worked fine upto 2 weeks ago nothing new or changed recently
