No Voice light on Router and telephones not working

Telephones havent been working for a couple of weeks, have reset and rebooted the router several times but voice light does not come on , can anyone help please.

Were you new to Sky broadband/landline when your phone stopped working? Or has your landline with Sky worked ok up to now? Is your phone plugged into the wall socket or your broadband Hub? Do you have a white or black Hub?

Hi Mark thanks for reply - have a black hub and phones worked fine upto 2 weeks ago nothing new or changed recently

Thanks. Does your wall socket have two ports, one for landline, the other for broadband - or just the one port. If it's one, is your phone plugged into the socket via a microfilter?

 

Try the simple connection test here, even if your broadband is working ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-roi-start

Internet comes back as 'looks good' 151mbs
