My mum (80) has recently swapped everything to Sky (prev Virgin Media and BT/TalkTalk).
Sky have been brilliant with the exception of the final hub set up. The engineer just left the hub on floor behind the TV (wires everywhere) and wouldn't give her any advice regarding her landline (which was disconnected by TalkTalk).
i've driven over today and plug her normal phone into the back of the hub. Wifi and everything working but still can't get a line. Also on her MySky it says "broadband not activated" but it obviously is as everything else working. Help appreciated. Photo of the way engineer left the install
