Hi, we went over to fibre on Friday. The hub was posted to arrive the same day the engineer was here but unfortunately the postal strike delayed it arriving. I've now got it and set it up.
All works apart from you can't get incoming calls on the landline. See this has been raised a number of times but always resolved by being escalated for a contact from Sky. Anyone any ideas how to resolve please?

Yes it's lit green and the phone is plugged into the hub
