New to fibre cannot get phone working

Was not told when upgrading to fibre that my phone would also change have now bought a new phone for voip but still not working . Can someone help please

Its not voip in the true sense of the likes of vonage etc so any old phone plugged into the back of thdm hub would do if you are on fttp

Where is your phone plugged in the back of the hub or a mastersocket?

 

Is your broadband working?

Hi yes broadband working phones have been plugged into back of router socket marked UK as instructed
