Telephone down
My telephone is out of order. Text received this morning from Sky saying that these was a problem with broadband and telephone line.I
Broadband ok but telephone still out of order. Need sorted as my husband I'd in hospital!!!!

@Elime You're not talking to Sky via the frum, nor will anything happen in reposnse to a forum post.
If Sky hav already advised there are issues then they are already aware, as customers like you we won't be able to tell you when your line is back up.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
