New customer left without a landline and not even an explanation as to why ?

I've recently signed up to Sky for broadband, talk and tv deal, installation was on the 6th and i received a text from them stating there was an issue with sky talk installation and that they would call me to discuss/explain prbolem. I still havn't heard from your support and can't get passed that infuriating phone bot u use, my phone was working fine with my previous provider vodafone up until the switch over.

 

Can someone from your support team please contact me on my mobile to explain what's going on with completing my installation ?

You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum whereby customers try to help other customers.

 

If they don't ring soon, you will have to instigate a call to Sky.
