My landline isn't working can't receive or make calls, want to cancel my talk anytime subscription

Is the part of your question I've highlighted purely because you can't currently make or receive calls?
To remove a Sky Talk Anytime tariff and revert to Sky Pay As You Talk tariff you'll have to call Sky to request this.
