We got a new broadband box last week and we have had no landline since. The voice light has not come on. The phone says "check phone line"I think there is a fault. How do I get this sorted.

Hi
I just tried turning it off there and Im delighted to say all lights came on and the phone is working. Thank you. I should have tried that before I came on.
