Need help to set up Sky Talk Shield
Sky Shield should have been set up when we added Sky Talk to our package, but it wasn't - and I have tried to set it up via the App and also on Sky.com, but it's impossible. Keep getting error messages.
We are getting so many spam calls it's driving us mad. Any help appreciated.
Would also like to know how to block these unwanted numbers.

@Twojays2 If you are unable to do it via your account online then it would be best to give Sky a call to see what the possible issue could be and if they are seeing the same error then it can be escalated then. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts.
