NO WORKING PHONE

My home phone hasn't worked for more than 3 months. I am 76 years old and don't always use my mobile. I also have discovered that l have sky cinema and didn't sign for it ¡!!!!!!!

Have you reported your non-working phone to Sky? They won't know it's not working until you do.

You will have agreed to it at some point. Perhaps it was a condition of having another add on at a reduced price. 

To remove part of your Sky Q/+ TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at

otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this
