My phone line is not working

My phone line is not working. Can not receive or make calls says  check phone line. Broadband is working fine been with sky 11 years and never had a problem

Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start

I have done that and says everything is working fine. I have also tried changing handset ect nothing is working

No changes to subscription, and only yesterday I realised so don't know how long it's not been working as don't use it often

Have you an alternative means (mobile) of reporting this to Sky so they can pass the issue to Openreach? Alternatively we can ask the Messaging Team on here to get in touch.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
