I did all the tests no luck ,I even purchased a new phone , broadband is ok

If you have any other means of contacting sky you can do so on 150 from a sky landline or mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
08.185.00.27.2
Remove all the full stops
If not we can escalate direct to sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JimH1964. what did Sky say when you reported the fault?. If the issue requires action by Openreach you need to be aware thst their dnginers were/are striking on 29th July and 1st August.
