My landline isnt working since I switched over to sky. It says its temporarily unavailable
I changed over to sky from BT on Monday 25th November. Since then my landline hasn't worked. If called it say the number you are calling is temporarily unavailable. I have tried all the guidance online and nothing works. Everything is plugged in where it should be to the hub. Please can someone contact me to resolve the issue. This is urgent as I have health conditions which the hospital use my landline to contact me on.

@Umpey Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find a phone number. If you are in ROI please change the flag at the bottom right to the ROI flag

@Umpey do you have a white broadband Hub, or black,? Is your phone plugged into the Hub?
