My land line is extremely crackly and one ring calls

My phone Iine is very crackly and I keep getting calls that only ring once day and night. There is no record of the number phoning me.  The calls have been over the last couple of weeks.  I have tried unplugging the phones and it is still happening and the line is still not good

@Daisy+Dolly this fault needs reporting to Sky.
