no telephone main line and no mobile calls either for over two weeks. Connections are correct and router and wifi working but i cannot use my mobile (shows emergency numbers only) and there is no dial tone on my main phone line. I cannot call. What can i do ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFirst try the simple connection test here, even if your broadband is working ok. If it detects a fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then.

Thanks for the reply. All green lights on my router, no signal dial tone on my landline and dial tone (emergency calls only displayed) on my mobile. Tried everything you suggested but no description on what to do next. So fed up. Internet is working fine.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
