My Landline

I've just joined Sky and I've just rang my landline as it doesn't seem to be working and it's saying "Temporary Unavailable "

@Nigel121  If you have just been activated today it can take up to 24 hours to fully activate the telephone if you are now on internet calls

Still got the same problem and done everything that Sky has asked me to do. Got connected on 16th September never had the phone working. Now I'm sat here getting this garbage on my screen " Loading programme. Then sorry a technical fault. Trying to watch the football. Oh to be able to talk to a human being
