Lost phone line post full fibre install

Hi. I've just had full fibre installed & now have no home phone signal 🙄. Everything is plugged in & worked perfectly prior to the install  

broadband is working fine , landline plugged into the router as instructed.

Am I missing some magic code?

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation.

My hone phone hasn't worked for 3 days now after my full fibre upgrade, highly dissapointed

Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?

@Smjxxx have you reported it to Sky? Try restarting both your Hub and the ONT by switching them off at the plug for half an hour or so. When they've restarted is the Voice LED on the Hub illuminated?
