Voicemail Plus Personalised Message

I have called 4 times now to set up my Sky Talk Voicemail Plus. Eventually I can now get through to my voicemail but there is no option to record a personal greeting message or info to set the ring time before going on to voicemail or how to access my voicemail from my phone.

As this is a chargeable optional extra have Sky activated it for you ?

Yes, I called sky to purchase the 'add on' and the purchase has been confirmed on each subsequent call. It also shows on the Sky App.
