Lost phone connection

 BT came and spent 4 hours trying to sort it out but couldn't manage it . BT now say ask SKY to check if case open if so Sky should chase it with BT to arrange another visit ( by a more highly experienced engineer) . How do I get SKY to check that ? ( other than waiting for 30 minutes for them to respond while I'm hanging on on my mobile )

You'll need to call, but if Openreach's visit was today, you might want to leave it until tomorrow, as Opemreach won't update Sky until this evening.
