First time post - go easy
I have been unable to make /receive any calls - ido not have another phone to try it.I am using a micro filter but have tried phone direct into master socket - without success.
The house phone line will seemingly connect if I call from my mobile but the landline phone never shows a missed call or rings.
if I try make a call from landline phone it will again go through the motions of ringing but never connects.
It says line code error - can anyone help.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
