Looking to get a master socket relocated as current one nowhere near a power supply however being told by Sky that the booking system they use with openreach is down and has been for months. Anyone else having this issue?

There have been a few instances reported on the forum but nothing previously to suggest the system has been down continuously for months. Yes, give Sky another call.

The advisor I spoke to today was a little more helpful. He advised that Openreach have suspneded relocations of master sockets on SOGEA (Single Order Generic Ethernet Access) phone lines. A qucik google and seems this is a dedicated Broadband line and the phone will now work via internet only as Openreach are phasing out the copper network and traditional telephone line.
