Has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now? Or are you new to Sky?

@rams01 try the Service Checker here first, in case there are any major, known issues in your area: https://servicestatus.sky.com/#/uk/issues

 

If you have a cordless phone, try switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so, and check that the cables are securely fitted. If you have a spare handset, it's worth trying that too, to rule out a phone problem.

 

If nothing helps, try the connection test here even if your broadband is ok (it's easy to do, and might just find an issue).

If nothing helps, it's best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

@rams01 I can't report it for you, but I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
