Tree branches hitting sky phone cable

Hi.. urgent help needed from sky engineer to cut and remove tree branches from hitting a sky telephone cable

That not something Sky engineers will do. The onus on doing this is on the owner of the tree or the land its on.

 

Even Openreach engineers won't do preventative maintenance like that.

Actually they're not Sky telephone cables. They're owned by Openreach in the UK.
