Welcome to this customer Community @Jimmykranky65. Can you tell us more about the background? Are you new to Sky Broadband/Talk? If so, when was your service activated? Or has your Sky Talk service worked ok up to now?

@Jimmykranky65 you need to plug your phone into the socket at the back of your broadband Hub. Sky's landline service isn't accessible via the old wall sockets.
