Hi, we recently moved house & waited several weeks to be connected to sky from EE.. Since sky was set up (eventually) our 2 landline phones do not work, the phones are new with no faults. I have contacted sky twice now by mobile & keep getting directed to the online checks which achieve nothing & don't mention telephones not working.. Sky chat is down as usual & automated questions on my mobile are a waste of space as they only ask questions that sky want to ask & nothing about my problem. The phone "master" appears to be connected to the back of the router correctly.
