Is the handset plugged into the back of the hub and NOT an old phone socket in the wall?

Re: Landline

the internet is fine as everyone connected to the WiFi is fine.

Ive not used the landline since I've moved to sky but I tried it with a old phone I thought that was the issue so I've brought a new phone but still the same thing.

@Nxsxxxx

If your hub has a phone port in it then plug it in there to see if it works.
