Landline not working following Engineer visit

Engineer visited today to install Sky Fibre now the landline is not taking any incoming calls we have tried unsuccessfully to sort this

If your phone is plugged into the back of your Sky hub (router) then it can take up to 24 hours for the phone to start working.
