Landline number has been changed without our permission or knowing.. our number seems to no longer exist and we are receiving calls for another person constantly.

Unless a new provision, your landline number wouldn't have been changed. It Sounds like you have a crossed line which will need an Openreach engineer to resolve.
You will need to call Sky customer services.
