Landline

Had fibre installed nearly two weeks ago, white box. No  calls in or out now. Apparently fault outside house and openreach tbc. Can  I put old box back in to try that?

@DKY1  Does your old box have the ability to plug your phone into the back of the router or have you still to plug your phone into the wall?

Hello

Have a dialing tone but can't use my landline to either call out or receive calls?

Any advice please?

(have tried 3 diff hand sets and 17070 but had a constant dial tone). Sky adviser tried it and same thing. Got a new hub delivered and now have sky tv (after 7 days) but they can't give my my new landline no (iv moved home) due to GDPR...how can I get my landline no. I have vulnerable people who can only call a landline.

@DKY1 yes, you could give the old Hub a try, but I'm not sure that it will make any difference.
