I have just found out that my Landline Phone number has disappeared from the Residential Listings in the latest BT Phone Book. I need to know if this is something that Sky has done as I pay Sky for this not BT. I would appreciate information on this .

Thank you for your reply but I'm not having much success ringing them, it simply directs me to the automated sections and the minute I mention Telephone number they assume it's to do with a repair. I'm wondering if I should just ring Customer Services and let them pass me to someone who can help.

Thanks for your help, I'll ring 150 and get them to sort it for me. Thanks again.

This is just an update on my previous discussions re my lost Residential Listing in the new Phone Book. I rang Sky on 150 and everything sorted very quickly, I got the feeling that they knew about this happening and found out that my landline number had been flagged as "ex directory" so of course was not listed in the Phone Book. It is now sorted and I hope that this information could be of help to anyone else who has the same problem.
