Landline removal
I recently went to Full Fibre Optic and therefore do not need a landline. How do I go about getting the overhead cable that is attached to my house removed?

There's currently no programme to do so, and you aren't legally permitted to detach it yourself because you cannot touch the other end of the section and so would risk creating a hazard. As @Mark39 indicates it's possible that Openreach may eventually choose to retrieve their cabling, but there's very little weight of copper in an individual pair when compared to the cost of deploying ladder and cherrypicker teams to get to it.
