Landline quality

My landline has terrible quality and crackling and I can't hear anyone. I am getting a dial tone and you can ring in and out. I've also tried another phone and same issue.

Give Sky a call to report it. If you use your landline phone they'll be able to hear the problem for themselves. Dial 150 to call Sky.
