Transferred from BT to Sky for Broadband Superfast and calls 2 weeks ago
We are now unable to make or receive calls on the landline phone

@GD1 voice light not lit up, phone not worked since transferred to Sky
Note there is nothing wrong with the actual phone and was working fine with BT
