Number not recognised

Hi 

Since  my son changed from sky to Bt whenever I call him now it says 'number not recognised'. I tried resetting our sky router but still get same message.  I can call him on my virgin mobile ok. He hasn't blocked me he assures me!

@sheilapye  Resetting a router won;t help as it's likely the issue is on their end or with BT.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
